Pregnancy and post natal  Pilates keeps you and your baby on the right track and healthy throughout your pregnancy and beyond. Pilates is also a great form of exercise if you are rehabilitating after an injury or surgery*, Emily uses modified gentle exercises to help regain your strength and mobility.
